You're signing up with The Buddy Connect Program! A 3- month program that connects students with a support buddy to combat feelings of loneliness, depression, low self-esteem, those who struggle with ADD, ADHD, and those who struggle with making friends. 

Students receive:

A support buddy (professional life coach)

1 hour Weekly chats/Professional Mental wellness coaching 

Confidence building 

Self-love

Self-care

Virtual game time

Weekly check-ins via text or email

Fun conversation/listening ear 

Encouragement 

Improved Communication
